2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 105, 76, 303(2), 351(2), 352 of the BNS.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that she grabbed the hair of the daughter-in-law of the informant, dashed her on the ground and assaulted her with leg and fist, as a result of which, she sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that there is case and counter case and both the parties have suffered injuries. Cordial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48899 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 relations have been restored between the parties and they have compromised the present case as well as the counter case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 18.05.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XII, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 374 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
