The petitioners are in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 201 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand by in-laws of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and they have no concern with the mess and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49668 of 2022(3) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 business of the deceased as well as her husband, namely, Krishna Nandan Rai. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 21.04.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions trial No. 620 of 2019 arising out of Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019.
