JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 3.11.2017, seeks bail in Amarpur PS Case No. 57 of 2010 (S.T. No. 513 of 2017) registered under Section 306 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was married with the deceased seven years back who usually lived in her parents' house, they used to quarrel with each other, the petitioner used to threaten her for solemnisation of marriage with another lady as a result of which she committed suicide.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner used to ask his wife to reside in the matrimonial home but she used to live in her parents' home and on that account she committed suicide, there are two children out of the wed lock and the petitioner has remained in custody since 3.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pintu Sharma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Seassions Judge, Banka in connection with Amarpur PS Case No. 57 of 2010 (S.T. No. 513 of 2017).
