The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kurhni P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature and his name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
