The petitioner has alternative statutory remedy

Patna High Court CWJC No.11640 of 2017(2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 available before the State Appellate Authority constituted under Bihar Rajya Vidyalaya Shiksha Avam Karmchari Shikayat Niwaran Niyamawali, 2015.

In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the said statutory remedy.
