The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 5458 of 2019, arising out of Sigori P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273, 290 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 37(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 21.06.2019. In the instant case total 20 ltrs of country made Mahua Wine was seized. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court inclined to grant them bail. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 5458 of 2019, arising out of Sigori P.S.
