JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 19.3.2018, seeks bail in Parasi PS Case No. 14 of 2018 registered under Section 7 E.C.Act. The allegation in brief is that four quintal of rice was found loaded in the magic vehicle belonging to the petitioner and the rice is alleged to be of mid day meal scheme and the petitioner is Headmaster of the school.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the magic vehicle belongs to the petitioner but this is commercial vehicle being run by a driver, moreover there is no material to show that rice of mid day meal scheme was found short in the stock of the school. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Krishna Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Arwal in connection with Parasi PS Case No. 14 of 2018.
