This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.383 of 2023, registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 427, 504, 307 and 34 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to enable them to surrender before the learned Court of A.C.J.M., Masaurhi, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53486 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.383 of 2023, and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, on the very same day.

It is directed accordingly.
