2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 364, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., co-accused Umesh Paswan is alleged to have taken away the husband of informant to Telangana by giving assurance that he will earn Rs. 9,000/- per month in Rice Mill. The allegation against this petitioner is that he refused to give proper information about the husband of informant. It is further alleged that informant suspects that all the accused persons kidnapped her husband and committed murder of him.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

The First Information Report has been lodged after an inordinate delay of 10 months without any plausible explanation. It is specific case of informant that it is co-accused Umesh Paswan who had taken away her husband. The only allegation against this petitioner is that he he has not answered properly to the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
