Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323,436,427,379,504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been identified in a mob of about 100 unknown persons.

Similarly, situated co-accused Sanjit @ Sanjit Kumar @ Jaunty has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 25195 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
