JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner has been rejected twice. This is his third attempt.

By order dated 22.06.2021 a report from the trial court about the stage of trial was called for which reveals that case is fixed for evidence and non bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against non official witnesses.

Considering the progress in trial and nature of allegation and offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
