====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of a mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction for directing the respondent authorities to renew the contract of the petitioner as faculty of Rural Self Employment Training Institutes [RSETIs], Jehanabad inasmuch as her contract has been unceremoniously not been renewed at the behest of vested interests by foisting wrong and motivated allegations against her. The petitioner further prays that a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
