2. This is an application for quashing the F.I.R. of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has jointly been submitted by the learned counsels for both the parties that the matter has been settled between the parties in mediation.

4. In view of the aforesaid and considering the mediation report which is a part of the record, this application is allowed and the entire prosecution against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55239 of 2023(5) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 including the F.I.R. of Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 413 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed.
