2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner entered into the house of the informant in inebriated condition and assaulted the family members of informant in which three persons received injury.
4. It is submitted that both the parties are neighbours and there is pending land dispute between them. The specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Gonga Chaudhary other co-accused persons. The petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be son of co-

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. case no . 225 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
