2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 341, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 136 of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of a dispute between the parties as the petitioner being the auto-driver expressed his inability to take the informant to his chosen destination.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named

Case No. 136 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
