The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. Case No. 3467(c) of 2017 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22519 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 Considering the nature of allegation in which cognizance has been taken on the basis of a complaint for the offences under Sections 323, 380 and 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, who are having no criminal antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 3467 (c) of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
