JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-01-2018 Today when the matter was taken up for further hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, sought permission to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the decision taken by the Staff Selection Commission rejecting the case of the petitioner for appointment as also the present impugned order in a duly constituted Writ Application. Considering the fact that this Writ Application is pending for a few years in this Court and the petitioner has been consistently prosecuting his remedy, the liberty, as aforesaid, is
