Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The present case has been filed for quashing the first information report in respect of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021, dated 16.05.2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 337, 332, 333, 269, 353, 307, 379, 504, 586 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 3 and 6 of the Epidemic Diseases Amendment Act, 2021, 51, 52 and 54 of the Disaster Management Act and 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(v-u) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1193 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 be directed to represent his matter before the Superintendent of Police, Rural, Patna (respondent no. 3).

This Court is hereby directed the petitioner to represent the entire materials which he has annexed in the present writ application before the Superintendent of Police within four weeks from today in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 and the Superintendent of Police is directed to do the needful in accordance the directions given in the above mentioned case.

With this observation, this criminal writ petition is disposed off.
