JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 17.12.2017, seeks bail in Sasaram (Muffasil) PS Case No. 1058 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, the informant has raised suspicion against the unknown criminals but later on after lapse of one day made statement improving the case that his father went along with this petitioner, so except raising suspicion and this belated statement there is no other material against the petitioner and he has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pintu Soni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) PS Case No. 1058 of 2017.
