The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 27.05.2017 passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 77021/2023 arising out of Complaint Case No. 127 of 2018, registered under Sections 323 and 354 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have not disclosed their criminal antecedents before this Court while seeking anticipatory bail.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a case warranting cancellation of bail, hence, no ground is made out for interference with the order passed by this Court.
