2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for issuance a writ of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondents concerned to remove the encroachment, encroached by the Respondent No.7 of the petitioner the area of encroach land 1 Katha 2-1/2 Dhur, which is related from Land Measurement

Patna High Court CWJC No.11300 of 2026(2) dt.28-07-2026 2/3 Case No.58/2019-2020, Mouza-Basaria, Thana No. 53, Khesra No. 1684, and Khata No.329 and in this the wife of the petitioner namely Anita Devi filed a complaint before the Sub-Divisional Lok Sikayat Nivaran Officer, Dalsingsarai, DistrictSamastipur, order was passed on 09.12.2021 in the favour of the petitioner in which direction was given to the respondent Circle Officer to fix to rent from present rate and within a week forwarded the copy of rent to the petitioner. But till date the order dated 09.12.2021 has not been complied and further the Respondent No.7 has not removed the encroachment from the land of the petitioner. And/Or any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be taking steps for approaching the respondent no. 5, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur for redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands
