The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case No.130 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 447, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by Dab causing injury to the injured. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He was in the marriage ceremony but the false allegation has been made against him.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is specific allegation against this

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and if he surrenders before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
