2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking prearrest bail in connection with RPF Post Kiul P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3RP (UP) and 147, 145, 146, 153, 174(a) of the Railway Act. He has got no criminal antecedent.

3. As per the prosecution story, on 17.06.2022 at about 07:05 A.M., about 500 unknown persons reached at the platform of Lakhisarai Railway Station in the protest of Agnipath Yojna New Requirement Rules of Army and other 500 unknown persons also reached there and pelted stones at the train (12368) as also set the said train on fire as a result of which 21 coaches got burnt and luggage of the passengers were also

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the general and omnibus kind of allegations in which the petitioner has been made accused and the petitioner is said to be a student engaged in preparation of competitive examination, this Court directs that in case of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner above named be released on bail in connection with RPF Post Kiul P.S. Case No. 3 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. And further condition that the court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioner has concealed his

However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.
