ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. No one appears for the Opposite Party. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Biharsharif (Nalanda) Complaint Case No. 223C/2017 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 420, 498(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It appears from the Mediation Report dated 20.09.2019 that the parties have come to a compromise and the first installment of the settlement amount has already been paid. So far as the second installment of Rs. 1.5 Lakh is concerned, it

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Complaint Case No. 223C/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
