In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.31797 of 2019 grant of anticipatory bail, which has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2019. In such view of the matter, this Court is not
