This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kudhani P.S. Case No. 626 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me an order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6223 of 2021, by which similarly situated co-accused Aniket Kumar @ Ankit Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. For the reasons recorded in the order dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6701 of 2021(3) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 22.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.6223 of 2021, this anticipatory bail application is also allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st (west)-cumSub Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.
