The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under section 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the police went for release of the victim from the custody of the kidnappers and found one Bolero vehicle bearing registration no. BR-11M/0768 standing there. The criminals opened fire. One Uttam Kumar was apprehended on chase and he disclosed the name of other accused persons Sudhir Kumar alias Ajay Kumar and Rajesh Kumar Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no alias name. He is Ajay Kumar @ Ajay Singh son of Chalo Kuwar @ Yogender Kuwar but the police is bent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37552 of 2014 (3) dt.09-04-2015 upon to arrest the petitioner. Even in course of investigation it has come that Uttam Kumar disclosed the name of Sudhir Kumar @ Ajay Kumar and it was found that the petitioner has alias name as Ajay Kumar @ Sudhir Kumar @ Lalo Singh son of Chalo Kuwar. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner is verified and it is found and the involvement of the petitioner has come to surface, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 209/12 pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachhia. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
