JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 11.4.2018, seek bail in Narpatganj PS Case No. 77 of 2000 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the IPC.

Submission is that the petitioners are not family members, they are villagers of the deceased's husband and only allegation against them is that they helped in burial of the dead body. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Sekh Kashim, Sekh Jalal and Sekh Jahir @ Sekh Dhuri are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM V Araria in connection with Narpatganj PS Case No. 77 of 2000.
