ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2019 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Police A.S.I. got secret information that some persons were engaged in the sale and purchase of stolen motorcycle at Pipa Pul Ghat at Danapur. It is submitted that when the three persons were arrested, they have taken the name of the present petitioner which is wholly without any basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing has been recovered from his possession and that the petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Danapur at Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 427 of 2019.
