2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bind P.S. Case no. 39 of 2023 registered under sections 363, 366A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the fourteen year old daughter of the informant disappeared and was not to be found inspite of search. It is further stated that the informant received a telephone call from the mobile number mentioned in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that they happen to be the parents of one Rauki Kumar. The alleged victim was recovered and her statement was

No.52584 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C which has been referred to in the order of the learned trial Court and wherein no allegation has been made against these petitioners. The victim is said to have stated that it was Rauki Kumar who had taken her with him to Punjab. It is submitted that the said Rauki Kumar is in judicial custody as stated in paragraph no. 12 of the petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation together with the daughter of the informant having been recovered and the contents of her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks, the above named two petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection Bind P.S. Case 39 of 2023 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
