JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned AC to AAG-6 appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4, 7 and 8, submits that the petitioner is already having licence for two arms. Therefore, his claim for 3rd arms licence is not at all justified.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
