The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 324, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is of abusing the informant, informant's wife and daughter-in-law by calling caste name. It is specifically alleged that co-accused Rajendra Yadav inflicted injury with lathi on the head of the informant causing fracture injury on the wrist of the informant. Considering the fact that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22992 of 2014, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 73 of 2012 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani.
