Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 153-A/509 of the IPC (For brevity, IPC) and 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000(For brevity, I.T. Act).

As per the prosecution case this petitioner posted some objectionable comments with intention to insult the religious feeling of a particular community.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is victim of false implication in this case due to personal grudge. Petitioner had no intention to post any comments or gesture for promoting enmity between

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
