The petitioners seek bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 dated 02.04.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol and five live cartridges is said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 whereas from the possession of petitioner no. 2, one country made pistol and three live cartridges have been recovered. It has been submitted that petitioner no. 2 does not have any criminal antecedent and the case in which the petitioner no. 1 was earlier made accused, he has

The petitioners are in custody since 03.04.2019.

Considering the aforestated facts the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019.
