Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that on 29.11.2018 at about 12:20 hours while he was returning after collecting amount of Rs. 49,873 from village Mansi, Pipra, two unknown miscreants came on a without registration number motorcycle and snatched his bag and fled away.

He has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or his house. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2020. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -1st Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2018, subject to conditions:

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to
