Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 440 of 2021.

There is allegation against the petitioner that she was appointed as Aangan Bari Sevika on the basis of forged educational certificates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during inquiry, an opportunity of being heard was not provided to the petitioner and now she has been relieved from her job.

On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51272 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the petitioner obtained the job of Aangan Bari Sevika after producing forged educational certificates.

Considering the fact that she has been relieved from her job and she is a lady, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S.Case No. 440 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
