JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 The petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, apprehend his arrest in a case under sections 304B, 120 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that he along with other family members killed informant's daughter for non fulfillment of dowry demand.
The petitioner submits that in fact the daughter of the informant got burn injuries during cooking food for which he and other family members also took her to the hospital for treatment where she died. Further, on realizing the entire facts, the informant side has also filed a compromise petition. The petitioner may take all these grounds for seeking regular bail. So far prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is concerned, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner and the same is as such refused.
