JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard Sri Chakravarti Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Ehteshamuddin, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No.294 of 2010 registered for the offence under Section 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the impugned order it is evident that police after investigation submitted charge sheet and petitioner was shown as absconder. The petitioner in the present petition has also given the trial no. vide Sessions Trial No. 131 of 2013/ 49 of 2014.

In view of nature of accusation and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I do not find any ground to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41266 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
