JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2018 None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls. The petitioner has repeatedly sought pass over on the previous two dates i.e. on 16.08.2018 and 18.08.2018 when the matter was called. This Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further and has taken up the same on merits for disposal.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the impugned order dated 24.07.2015 (Annexure-1) that the petitioner

The PDS shop was being run by the PACS of which the petitioner was the erstwhile Assistant Manager, who was replaced by the respondent no. 8 by order of the District Cooperative Officer, Saharsa (respondent no. 3) pursuant to the proposal of the Executive Committee for this purpose.

3. Having regard to the reasons given in the impugned order and the submission of the respondents, this Court finds the writ petition to be devoid of merit and the same accordingly stands dismissed.
