2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 801 of 2024.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 15.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 801 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but inadvertently, in the cause title, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Rashiklal Mandal in place of 'Late Rashik Lal Mandal'.

4. In view of the above, let the father's name of the petitioner be read as Late Rashik Lal Mandal in place of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55231 of 2024(4) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 Rashiklal Mandal.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 15.02.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 801 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 15.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.
