2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 04 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103, 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.S.

3. The allegation in the F.I.R. is that the daughter of the informant was done to death, on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation upon all the accused persons in the F.I.R. As a matter of fact, the deceased has committed suicide which fact stands substantiated by the materials collected during the course of investigation and the same finds place in the bail rejection order

No.51326 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 passed by the learned Court concerned, wherein, it has been stated that the independent witnesses have stated that the deceased had committed suicide. Further, there is a specific reference to para 51 of the case diary, wherein the cause of death has been reported as asphyxia on account of hanging. Annexure 3 has also been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner, 3 which is compromise petition dated 04.02.2025 and from a perusal of which it would appear that due to intervention of well wishers and the real fact of suicide having been known, the informant does not wish to pursue the case any further. It has also been pointed out that the co-accused Raghubansh Das, who is the father-in-law of the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court vide an order dated 02.07.

2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33775 of 2025 and some other co-accused persons have also been granted bail. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased has surrendered on 27.06.2025 and he in custody since then. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also considering that the other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail and the husband of the deceased is already in custody and further the charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

No.51326 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 04 2025, subject to the following conditions: - i) Petitioner shall appear on each and every date till the charges are framed.
