ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.5.2014.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but unfortunately, the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 2.5.2014 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms and also that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
