The aforementioned order was required to be complied within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order dated 04.02.2022. However, there is inaction for about two years. Even to this day, they have not filed show cause.

2. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the respondent produce office order dated 14.05.2024 to the extent of considering the grievance of the petitioner. Taking note of the same, we proceed to drop the present contempt proceedings. On account of delay in complying the Orders of this Court for about two years, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified @ Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to assail the office order dated 14.05.2024 , in accordance with law. (P. B.
