This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Town P.S. Case No.20 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased has been killed within one year of her marriage. There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
