This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Maner P.S. Case No. 590 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the informant that the anticipatory bail of similarly situated persons have been rejected by different Benches of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.1685 of 2021 and order dated 24.11.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.5687 of 2021.
