JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the present case is identical to the case of M.J.C. No. 1951 of 2014 where it has been recorded that the University has already taken decision.

In such view of the matter, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties. Though show cause has not been filed by the University but learned counsel for the University submits that order has been passed. If such order is there against the petitioner, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum/authority.

With the aforesaid observation this application is
