JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26436 of 2020 to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner has wrongly been typed.

The petitioner is the son of Late Uday Chaurasiya, which is evident from the F.I.R. of Gogari P. S. Case No. 65 of 2020, dated 03.03.2020, instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. However, wrong name of the father of the petitioner appears to have been typed because of the same having

The petitioner, therefore, could not take advantage of the order dated 21.10.2020 granting anticipatory bail to him.

Hence, this petition for modification.

The order dated 21.10.2020 stands modified to the extent that the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Late Uday Chaurasiya.

The other conditions in the order shall subsist. The period for surrendering before the court below is further extended by six weeks, to be counted from today.
