2. Petitioner, erstwhile Principal of an affiliated College under J.P. University, is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Penal Code with regard to criminal misappropriation, as it is said that while serving as Principal he misappropriated a sum of Rs. 7 crores and has been removed from the post of Principal as also a College teacher. Matter is still under investigation. No sooner investigation is completed; the trial court should proceed and dispose of at the earliest.

3. Until conclusion of the investigation and disposal of trial, let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33422 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 131/14, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
