Four petitioners, who are in custody since 27.03.2018, have prayed for grant of bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 , registered for the offences under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 504, 436, 427, 160, 295A and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27302 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that in the case petitioners have made accused as if petitioners were member of a procession of "Ramnavmi" and they indulged in brick- batting. It was submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been made accused only due to the reason that they were local residents and falsely petitioners were made accused and arrested. Considering the nature of accusation, let the aforesaid four petitioners: Vikash Kumar, Ishu Kumar @ Isu Kumar , Abhishek Anand and Rahul Raj be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned court in connection with Aurangabad ( Town ) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018.
