Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No.32/19 (Tr. No.3312 of 2019) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Police on information that miscreants are preparing for dacoity raided the place of the occurrence and arrested four accused person from there and from one of the accused, country-made automatic gun with seven live cartridges have been recovered and one of the co-accused has named this petitioner and one Abhay Singh also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46935 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 that except confessional statement of the co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner as well as he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.Case No.32 of 2019 (Tr. No.3312 of 2019) subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
